Job Title: Technical Recruiter (Vendor Management & Coordination)
Experience Required:
- 3–6 years of experience in IT Recruitment
- Strong experience in Vendor Management & Stakeholder Coordination
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for various technical roles
- Manage and coordinate with multiple vendors/consultants for profile sourcing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external vendors and internal stakeholders
- Ensure quality and timely delivery of profiles from vendors
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical skill requirements
- Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and feedback between candidates, vendors, and hiring managers
- Track vendor performance and ensure closure within defined TAT
- Negotiate offers and manage candidate engagement till onboarding
Required Skills:
- Good understanding of IT skill sets such as:
- Full Stack Development
- Data Engineering / Data Science
- Backend / Frontend technologies
- Strong experience in Vendor Management & Coordination
- Good knowledge of job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Strong screening and evaluation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Pay: ₹30,297.78 - ₹55,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Gurgaon, Haryana
