Roles & Responsibilities:
- Deliver interactive training sessions on communication skills, interpersonal skills, and corporate etiquette.
- Conduct role plays, group discussions, mock interviews, and presentation practice sessions.
- Mentor and guide learners for interview readiness and professional workplace behavior.
- Provide constructive feedback to help learners improve confidence and performance
- Design and implement engaging, activity-based learning modules.
- Monitor learner progress and maintain training reports.
- Coordinate with branch teams to ensure smooth execution of training programs.
- Travel to other branches as and when required for training delivery.
Job Qualification & Skill Set:
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in soft skills training.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Ability to conduct engaging, activity-based training sessions
- Strong mentoring and coaching abilities.
- Willingness to travel to different branches as required.
