Key Responsibilities:
- Field Servicing & Maintenance:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of elevator components such as door operators, controllers, inverters, limit switches, and sensors.
- Conduct performance checks and ensure equipment operates as per manufacturer standards.
- Replace or repair defective parts and recalibrate systems where necessary.
- Troubleshooting:
- Diagnose electrical, electronic, or mechanical faults on-site.
- Use measuring instruments and diagnostic tools to identify root causes.
- Restore functionality efficiently and minimize elevator downtime.
- Customer Support:
- Attend customer service calls promptly and professionally.
- Provide basic technical guidance to client technicians and contractors.
- Record service details, components replaced, and maintenance reports accurately.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Prepare daily service reports and submit to the Service Manager.
- Maintain service logs and feedback from clients for product improvement.
- Safety & Compliance:
- Follow company and site safety standards during all service activities.
- Ensure tools, testing equipment, and PPE are maintained in proper condition.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Electrical
- Experience: 1–5 years of field servicing experience, preferably in elevator, escalator, or industrial automation sectors.
Physical & Work Conditions:
- Frequent field visits to client sites.
- Work may involve heights and confined spaces.
- Adherence to all safety protocols and use of protective gear.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
