· Manage and supervise the design team and daily design operations
· Plan, assign, and review design work to ensure accuracy and quality
· Develop and implement design standards, processes, and best practices
· Coordinate with project, production, and installation teams
· Review engineering drawings, models, and technical documentation
· Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and client specifications
· Monitor project timelines and ensure on-time design delivery
· Support cost estimation, material selection, and value engineering
· Identify and resolve design-related issues and risks
· Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders
· Conduct design reviews and provide technical guidance to the team
· Required to visit client site time and again as required to get clarity and measurements required specifically for designing purposes.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
