SERVICE ADVISOR :
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction: Welcome customers, understand their vehicle issues, and provide guidance on service requirements.
- Service Coordination: Schedule service appointments, prepare job orders, share cost/time estimates, and obtain repair approvals.
- Technical Communication: Relay customer concerns to technicians and clearly explain repair work and solutions to customers.
- Administrative Support: Order parts, handle billing and payments, and maintain accurate service records.
- Sales & Satisfaction: Recommend additional services and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction after service completion
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
