Position: Visa Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and coordinate visa applications for clients.
- Review and verify documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Guide clients regarding visa requirements, procedures, and timelines.
- Communicate with embassies, consulates, and government authorities as required.
- Track application status and provide regular updates to clients.
- Maintain organized records of visa applications and supporting documents.
- Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Ensure compliance with immigration and visa regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Prior experience in visa processing, immigration services, or travel industry preferred.
- Good knowledge of visa documentation and application procedures.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and email correspondence.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously.

Salary: Negotiable based on experience
