Job Summary:
The Documentation Analyst Trainee is responsible for assisting the documentation and processing team in preparing, verifying, and organizing client documents related to immigration, PR, work permit, visitor visa, and study abroad applications. The role requires attention to detail, confidentiality, and proper coordination with clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Documentation Support
- Collect and organize client documents for visa and immigration processes
- Verify documents as per the immigration checklist and requirements
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of submitted documents
- Maintain digital and physical client records properly
2. Client Coordination
- Communicate with clients regarding pending documents and updates
- Assist clients in understanding documentation requirements
- Follow up with clients for timely submission of documents
3. File Preparation & Processing
- Prepare client files for processing and submission
- Support the processing team with application documentation
- Update file status and maintain proper records in CRM/software
4. Quality Checking
- Cross-check information and documents before submission
- Identify missing or incorrect information in client files
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and immigration guidelines
5. Data Management
- Maintain confidentiality of client and company information
- Update client databases and documentation trackers regularly
- Prepare reports as instructed by management
6. Learning & Training
- Attend training sessions related to immigration documentation and processes
- Learn country-specific documentation requirements and procedures
- Support senior documentation analysts in day-to-day activities
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM)
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Willingness to learn immigration procedures
Qualification:
- Any Degree / Diploma
- Freshers can apply
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in documentation or customer support is an added advantage
- Basic knowledge of immigration or overseas education processes preferred
Pay: ₹15,500.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
