Key Responsibilities:
· Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
· Explain products/services to customers and handle queries effectively.
· Maintain and update customer databases.
· Follow up with customers to convert leads into sales.
· Handle inbound calls, resolve issues, and provide accurate information.
·· Record feedback and report to the team leader/manager.
· Maintain professionalism and ensure customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· Minimum qualification:Graduate (any stream).
· Proven experience preferred.
· Basic computer knowledge
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
