Guest Experience & Service Quality
- Ensure personalized and attentive service is delivered to all guests.
- Handle guest complaints, special requests, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Maintain service standards as per SOPs (greeting, seating, order taking, table checks, billing, farewell).
- Monitor table turnover time and optimize seating to reduce waiting time
Floor Operations Management
- Oversee daily floor operations during the shift, ensuring smooth coordination between service and kitchen teams.
- Allocate tables, manage reservations, and ensure proper table set-up and cleanliness.
- Conduct pre-shift briefings for staff on menu changes, promotions, and service guidelines.
- Supervise food running, order delivery, and check dish presentation before serving.
Sales & Upselling
- Do upselling of menu items, beverages, and promotions.
Inventory & Cost Control
- Monitor breakages, wastage, and stock of service equipment.
- Assist in monthly stock taking of cutlery, crockery, and restaurant supplies.
- Ensure minimal pilferage and enforce cost-control measures.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
