- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred in Environmental/Public Health Engineering).

Minimum 15 years of experience in water supply, wastewater, and stormwater drainage projects, preferably urban /city level projects.

Proven track record in master planning, feasibility studies, and detailed engineering.

Strong knowledge of design standards (CPHEEO, BIS, WHO, NBC etc.).

Expertise in hydraulic modeling tools (e.g., WaterGEMS, SewerGEMS,).

Excellent project management and coordination skills.

Strong communication, presentation, and client management abilities.

Ability to handle multiple projects.
