- Transport passengers and employees from designated locations in a safe and timely manner
- Follow pre-planned routes and schedules to ensure timely arrival at destinations
- Assist travelers with loading and unloading of luggage and other items
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the vehicle
- Conduct regular inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition
- Report any vehicle malfunctions or maintenance needs to the appropriate department
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving the vehicle
- Provide excellent customer service to passengers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have
