Hiring: Territory Manager (Material Handling Equipment)

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Territory Manager to drive sales growth and develop business opportunities for Material Handling Equipment (MHE) across the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve regional sales targets for Material Handling Equipment such as Forklifts, Pallet Trucks, Stackers, Reach Trucks, and Warehouse Automation Solutions.
- Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities.
- Generate enquiries, prepare techno-commercial proposals, and negotiate contracts.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Build strong relationships with customers, dealers, and distributors.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct regular customer visits and recommend suitable MHE solutions.
- Lead, motivate, and support the sales team to achieve business goals.
- Monitor team performance and provide sales guidance and coaching.
Preferred Background:
- Experience in Material Handling Equipment, Industrial Equipment, Warehouse Solutions, Capital Equipment, Automation, or Engineering Sales.
- Strong B2B sales and business development experience.
- Excellent customer relationship and negotiation skills.
