HR & Admin Executive

Tiles, Sanitaryware, Construction Chemicals, Flooring Solutions, Precast
Construction, and other emerging businesses.
We are looking for a proactive and organized HR & Admin Executive to support
our growing operations by managing recruitment, employee engagement, HR
operations, and office administration.
Position Summary
The HR & Admin Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR
operations, recruitment, employee onboarding, statutory compliance support,
payroll coordination, office administration, vendor management, and
employee engagement initiatives.
The role requires excellent organizational skills, confidentiality, and the ability
to work closely with senior management.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening,
interview coordination, offer rollout, and onboarding.
- Coordinate with consultants, colleges, and job portals for hiring
requirements.
- Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR documentation.
- Prepare appointment letters, confirmation letters, experience letters,
relieving letters, and other HR communications.• Coordinate employee induction and orientation programs.
- Track employee attendance, leave management, and regularization.
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs with the Accounts team.
- Maintain employee database and HR MIS reports.
- Support performance appraisal process and probation reviews.
- Organize employee engagement activities, training programs, and
wellness initiatives.
- Ensure HR policies are communicated and implemented effectively.
- Handle employee grievances professionally and maintain confidentiality.
Administration
- Manage day-to-day office administration activities.
- Supervise housekeeping, security, office maintenance, and facility
management.
- Coordinate travel bookings, accommodation, and logistics for employees
and management.
- Manage office assets, stationery, consumables, and inventory.
- Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance and procurement.
- Ensure proper maintenance of office infrastructure and equipment.
- Maintain AMC records and vendor contracts.
- Support event management, meetings, conferences, and company
functions.
- Coordinate courier, dispatch, and document management activities.
Compliance & Documentation
- Support statutory compliance related to HR and labour regulations.
- Maintain employee records in compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate documentation related to ESI, PF, gratuity, and other
statutory requirements.
- Assist during internal and external audits.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
MIS & Reporting
- Prepare monthly HR dashboards and recruitment reports.
- Track manpower planning and hiring status.
- Generate attendance, leave, and attrition reports.
- Maintain HR documentation and organizational records.Required Qualifications
- MBA/MSW/PGDM in Human Resources or related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or equivalent
may also be considered with relevant experience.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in HR & Administration.
- Experience in manufacturing, construction, or building materials
industry will be an added advantage.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
- Understanding of labour laws, statutory compliance, PF, ESI, and payroll
coordination.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and HRMS software.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and senior
management.
