UGI is looking for a proactive and highly organized IT Administrator to manage and support the organization’s complete IT infrastructure and daily IT operations. The role involves overseeing IT assets, software and hardware maintenance, employee IT support, network and security systems, and coordinating IT activities across all company branches.
Key Responsibilities
● Manage the complete lifecycle of IT assets, including procurement, allocation, tracking, maintenance, and disposal.
● Coordinate the onboarding and offboarding of employees by configuring laptops, mobile phones, desktops, email accounts, software, and system access.
● Maintain accurate records of IT assets and software licenses.
● Install, configure, and update operating systems, applications, and security software.
● Perform regular software updates, patches, and system maintenance to ensure optimal
performance.
● Manage the renewal and maintenance of company domains, SSL certificates, hosting services, and other IT subscriptions.
● Monitor and maintain company networks, internet connectivity, Wi-Fi, printers, and peripheral devices.
● Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and user-related issues.
● Coordinate with external IT vendors, service providers, and hardware suppliers.
● Administer email services, user accounts, permissions, and backup systems.
● Manage CCTV surveillance systems, including installation, maintenance, monitoring, and vendor coordination.
● Coordinate and maintain ESSL biometric attendance systems across all company branches.
● Ensure all IT equipment and systems remain operational across multiple office locations.
● Maintain documentation for IT policies, inventory, licenses, warranties, and service contracts.
● Monitor system security, antivirus protection, firewall settings, and data backup processes.
● Support conference room equipment, video conferencing systems, and office IT infrastructure.
● Plan and execute IT infrastructure improvements and upgrades as required.
● Coordinate with HR and Administration for employee IT requirements and organizational IT needs.
● Ensure compliance with company IT policies and data security standards.
● Provide remote and onsite IT support for all branches whenever required. Handle all day-to-day IT-related activities and ensure smooth business operations across the organization.
Required Skills
● Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office.
● Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or similar platforms.
● Knowledge of LAN/WAN networking, routers, switches, firewalls, and Wi-Fi management.
● Experience managing CCTV systems and ESSL biometric attendance devices.
● Familiarity with domain registration, DNS management, SSL certificates, and hosting platforms.
● Hardware troubleshooting and maintenance skills.
● Knowledge of backup, recovery, and cybersecurity best practices.
● Excellent communication, documentation, and coordination skills.
● Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and prioritize effectively.
Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
● 2–5 years of experience in IT Administration or System Administration.
● Relevant certifications such as CCNA, MCSA, Microsoft Certified, or CompTIA A+ are an
added advantage.

The IT Administrator will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the organization’s entire IT ecosystem, supporting employees across all branches, maintaining IT infrastructure, managing assets and security systems, coordinating with vendors, and delivering reliable technology services that enable uninterrupted business operations
