Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer to expand our customer base and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, preferably within manufacturing or industrial products.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
Promote and sell rubber products to industrial customers
Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery
Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management
Requirements
Proven experience as a Sales Engineer (manufacturing/industrial sales preferred)
Knowledge of rubber products or related industrial materials is an advantage
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Willingness to travel as required
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Polymer / Mech. Engineering or any related field
Note :Two wheeler & License is mandatory
