Position: English & Soft Skills Trainer
Project: Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana (DDU-GKY)
Location: Koraput and Berhampur Odisha
Reporting To: Centre Manager / Project Coordinator
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver training on English Communication, Spoken English, and Soft Skills as per DDU-GKY guidelines.
- Conduct sessions on personality development, communication skills, interview preparation, workplace etiquette, and professional behavior.
- Prepare lesson plans, training materials, assessments, and classroom activities.
- Monitor trainee attendance, performance, and progress.
- Conduct mock interviews, group discussions, and presentation sessions.
- Maintain training records, reports, and documentation as required by the project.
- Support trainees in improving employability and job readiness skills.
- Coordinate with the placement team for pre-placement training and candidate preparation.
- Ensure timely completion of curriculum and achievement of training outcomes.
- Participate in centre activities, assessments, audits, and project reviews.
Qualification & Experience
- Graduate/Postgraduate in English, Education, Humanities, or related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in English and Soft Skills training.
- Experience in Skill Development/DDU-GKY/NSDC projects will be preferred.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
Required Skills
- Strong presentation and classroom management skills.
- Good interpersonal and counseling abilities.
- Knowledge of MS Office and online training tools.
- Ability to motivate and engage trainees from diverse backgrounds.
Salary
As per company norms and candidate experience.

Note: The trainer must ensure quality training delivery and support trainees in achieving successful placement and retention outcomes under the DDU-GKY project.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
