We are a Dubai-based IT company looking for a highly motivated SIT products sales Executive based in India. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate and grow our UAE business remotely from India by driving new sales, managing client relationships, and expanding our reseller network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive software sales for the UAE market
- Generate new business opportunities in the UAE, including B2B and bulk orders
- Build and manage relationships with UAE resellers, corporate clients, and end customers
- Promote the company’s full product portfolio
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals with UAE clients
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and reporting
- Stay updated on product licensing, pricing, and UAE market trends
- Coordinate with the Dubai team for order processing and after-sales support
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of proven experience in software and hardware sales
- Strong target-driven sales mindset
- Experience handling international or UAE customers is a plus
- Excellent communication and remote selling skills
- Self-disciplined and comfortable working remotely
- Currently based in India
- Freshers also welcome
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on experience)
- Bonus: Uncapped — high performers can earn double their salary or more
