- Good communication skills in Hindi.
- Basic understanding of English (should be able to speak and understand simple English).
- Confident and polite speaking skills.
- Basic knowledge of smartphone/computer.
- Experience as a telecaller will be preferred, but freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
