LIDCO is hiring an Operations and Sales Manager or Senior Sales Engineer for Mumbai to support growth in Landscape Drainage Solutions for the Building Infra and Hospitality Segment.
The role involves identifying opportunities, engaging architects, consultants and customers, coordinating with internal Operations team, and maintaining good customer relationships.
This role is suited to someone who can combine commercial confidence with product understanding in the Building Materials space.
Role & responsibilities
1. Technical Sales & Customer Support
- Respond, engage, and qualify inbound leads and inquiries through calls / msgs.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
- Prepare techno-commercial offers
- Provide technical clarification and support during sales discussions.
2. Client Visits & Relationship Management
- Travel within the city region to meet customers and project sites.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely communication and support.
3. Internal Coordination
- Coordinate with Production team for technical and delivery requirements.
- Update customers regarding order status and delivery timelines.
- Ensure smooth execution of customer orders.
4. Learning & Continuous Development
- Develop basic working knowledge of Building materials and Plumbing Drainage Systems.
- Gain exposure to Residential, Commercial, Hospitality and Industrial clients.

Preferred candidate profile
Education
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Candidates with a background in Building Materials, Engineering, Technical Sales, Operations Management will be preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
