Proven experience in a talent acquisition role, preferably in a managerial position.

Minimum 7 years of experience in recruiting across various functions.

Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike.

Experience using applicant tracking systems and HR databases.

Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to hiring practices.
