Job Description – Economics Teacher (ISC Section)
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Economics Teacher for a Junior College (ISC Section) in Pune. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge and experience teaching Class XI & XII Economics as per the ICSE/ISC curriculum.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Economics to Junior College students (Class XI & XII – ISC)
- Deliver lessons aligned with the ISC syllabus
- Prepare students for board examinations and assessments
- Create lesson plans, worksheets, and revision material
- Track student progress and maintain academic records
- Support academic activities and student development
Eligibility CriteriaEducation
- Master’s Degree in Economics (Mandatory)
- B.Ed (Mandatory)
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience
- Prior experience in ICSE/ISC Junior College preferred
Skills Required
- Strong understanding of Micro & Macro Economics
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
- Experience with board-level curriculum and exam preparation
- Student-focused teaching approach
