Role Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our team as Business Development Executives (Entry-Level) . This role is ideal for freshers or candidates looking to build a career in international business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the US market
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients
- Conduct market research and outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn
- Coordinate with recruitment teams to fulfill client requirements
- Maintain records of client interactions and pipeline
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written English)
- Basic understanding of sales/business development (preferred, not mandatory)
- Willingness to work in night shifts
