Chief Executive Assistant to the Managing Director
About the Role
Biogreenic Polymers Pvt. Ltd. is one of India's leading companies in the compostable polymers industry. We are looking for a highly organized, execution-driven Executive Assistant who will become the operational extension of the Managing Director.
This is not a conventional administrative role. You will be responsible for ensuring that tasks assigned by the Managing Director are executed across departments, deadlines are met, meetings are organized, communication is streamlined, and priorities never fall through the cracks.
The ideal candidate is proactive, highly disciplined, exceptionally organized, and relentless in follow-up.
Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive Support
- Manage the Managing Director's calendar, meetings, travel, and daily priorities.
- Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and meeting requests.
- Prepare presentations, reports, meeting agendas, and minutes.
- Draft professional emails and business correspondence.
- Organize domestic and international travel.
Follow-up & Execution Management
- Track every task assigned by the Managing Director until completion.
- Coordinate with Sales, Procurement, Logistics, Finance, Operations, HR, Production, and R&D teams.
- Maintain a live task tracker with deadlines, owners, and status updates.
- Escalate delays proactively.
- Ensure commitments made internally and externally are fulfilled.
Coordination
- Schedule meetings and ensure action items are implemented.
- Coordinate customer visits and supplier meetings.
- Liaise with international suppliers and customers when required.
- Maintain proper documentation and records.
Business Support
- Conduct online research on suppliers, markets, competitors, and regulations.
- Compile data into concise reports for decision-making.
- Assist in preparing business presentations and proposals.
- Maintain confidentiality of all business information.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Maintain company records and important documents.
- Coordinate office administration.
- Handle courier, travel, and event arrangements.
- Manage filing systems and digital records.
Personal Assistance
The role will also involve coordinating selected personal tasks for the Managing Director, including appointments, travel, reservations, and other time-sensitive activities.

Experience
- 3–7 years as Executive Assistant, Executive Coordinator, Office Manager, or Executive Secretary
- Experience supporting a Managing Director, CEO, Founder, or senior leadership preferred
- Experience in manufacturing, trading, import/export, or industrial sectors is an advantage
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, Secretarial Practice, or equivalent

What Success Looks Like
Within the first 90 days, you will:
- Build a comprehensive task management system for the Managing Director.
- Independently manage calendars, meetings, and communications.
- Ensure every delegated task has an owner, deadline, and regular follow-up.
- Reduce the Managing Director's operational workload by taking ownership of coordination and execution.
- Become the central point of communication for internal execution, enabling the MD to focus on strategic planning and decision-making.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
