Pre-Operative Duties:
- Prepare the operation theatre for orthopaedic surgeries (joint replacement, fracture fixation, trauma & arthroscopy, etc.)
- Sterilize and arrange surgical instruments, implants, and equipment
- Check functionality of OT equipment (drills, saws, C-arm, suction, etc.)
- Assist in positioning patients on the OT table
- Ensure availability of required implants, prostheses, and consumables
Intra-Operative Duties:
- Assist surgeons during procedures by passing instruments and supplies
- Maintain strict aseptic and sterile techniques
- Handle orthopaedic instruments (bone drills, reamers, plates, screws, etc.)
- Monitor and replenish surgical supplies as needed
- Support the surgical team in maintaining a safe OT environment
Post-Operative Duties:
- Clean and disinfect OT after procedures
- Send instruments for sterilization
- Maintain surgical records and inventory updates
Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
