Job Title: Kitchen Hand & Dishwasher

Job Summary:
Olegio Restaurant is looking for a hardworking and reliable Kitchen Hand & Dishwasher to support our kitchen operations. This role is essential in maintaining cleanliness, organization, and efficiency in the kitchen while assisting chefs and kitchen staff as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, and kitchen equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, dishwashing area, and storage spaces
- Assist with basic food preparation (e.g., chopping, peeling, portioning ingredients)
- Ensure proper waste disposal and recycling practices
- Restock kitchen supplies and assist in inventory handling
- Follow all food safety and hygiene standards
- Support chefs and kitchen staff during busy service periods
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic and attention to cleanliness
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to stand for long periods and handle physical tasks
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
