PropCheckup is looking for a Civil Engineer to conduct professional home inspections and assess the condition of residential properties. The role involves identifying construction defects, quality issues, seepage, cracks, and maintenance concerns, while preparing detailed inspection reports for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site inspections of residential properties.
- Assess structural, civil, plumbing, and finishing aspects of buildings.
- Identify defects, workmanship issues, and maintenance concerns.
- Capture site observations and photographs.
- Prepare accurate inspection reports within defined timelines.
- Coordinate with operations and client support teams.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Basic knowledge of residential construction and building systems.
- Strong observation and report-writing skills.
- Willingness to travel for site inspections.
- Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
