Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage software development projects from initiation to delivery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project planning, team coordination, client communication, risk management, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, developers, designers, and QA teams.
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and address risks or roadblocks proactively.
- Conduct project meetings, sprint planning, and status updates.
- Ensure effective resource allocation and workload management.
- Maintain project documentation and reporting.
- Track project budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience managing web, mobile, or software development projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or similar.
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP, Scrum Master, or related certification is a plus.
- Experience working with international clients.
- Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
