Job Summary:
Instassure Insurance solution Ltd. is hiring Customer Support Executives. The role involves explaining life insurance policy details and guiding them through investment-related queries. This is a NON-SALE, NON-TARGET BASED ROLE focused purely on customer assistance and service.
Key Responsibilities:
· Handle inbound and outbound calls.
· Clearly explain life insurance policy features, benefits, and documentation requirements.
· Assist customers in understanding investment options and procedures.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Excellent verbal communication skill.
- Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
