Wallfort Group is seeking an experienced Channel Partner Sales Head to lead and expand its Channel Partner network for residential and commercial real estate projects. The role involves developing strategic partnerships, driving sales through channel associates, managing partner relationships, and achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a strong network of channel partners, brokers, and real estate consultants.
- Drive sales and revenue generation through channel partners.
- Recruit, train, and engage channel partners to promote Wallfort projects.
- Conduct partner meetings, project presentations, and site visits.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with channel partners.
- Monitor channel sales performance and achieve assigned targets.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and CRM teams for smooth deal closures.
- Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
Required Skills
- Strong network within the real estate broker and channel partner community.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong sales, business development, and team management abilities.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
Qualification
- Graduate/MBA in marketing, sales, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in real estate sales, with significant experience in channel partner management.
- Candidates with prior experience in a media group, advertising agency, or media sales organization will be preferred.
- A strong network with channel partners, brokers, and real estate consultants will be an added advantage.
