Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven candidates for our Travel Sales Process. The role involves handling inbound PPC calls related to travel services including airline tickets, hotel bookings, and cruise packages.
The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with their travel requirements, providing the best available deals, and converting inquiries into successful sales. You should be confident in communication and capable of handling international customers professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound PPC calls from customers (primarily international clients)
- Assist customers with flight bookings, hotel reservations, and cruise packages
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable travel solutions
- Convert inquiries into sales and achieve revenue targets
- Provide excellent customer service and build customer trust
- Maintain accurate records of bookings and interactions
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English
- Basic knowledge of travel sales (preferred but not mandatory)
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Comfortable with night shifts (if applicable)
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate
