HOUSING SOCIETY SUPERVISOR REQUIRED
For Residential Housing Society
A reputed residential housing society is looking for an experienced and responsible Society Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations, staff management and overall maintenance supervision of the society premises.
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervision and management of security guards, housekeeping staff, gardeners and maintenance workers
- Monitoring cleanliness, discipline and smooth functioning of society operations
- Regular inspection of common areas, parking spaces, lifts, lighting, water systems and society surroundings
- Ensuring proper attendance, duty allocation and performance of all staff members
- Coordinating with residents, committee members and service vendors when required
- Handling basic maintenance complaints and follow-up of repair works
- Maintaining records, reporting issues and ensuring proper implementation of society rules
- Monitoring visitor movement, security systems and general safety of premises
Preferred Candidate:
- Experience in residential society, facility management or building supervision preferred
- Good communication and staff handling skills
- Basic knowledge of maintenance and security management
- Honest, disciplined and responsible personality
- Ability to handle emergencies and daily operational issues efficiently
- Local candidates preferred
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
