We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive to manage and create engaging content across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media trends, content creation, and audience engagement, along with the ability to execute ideas quickly and effectively.
Experience: 0–3 Years
Plan, create, and execute high performing social media content (Reels, Posts, Stories, Carousels)
- Handle end-to-end content production from idea shoot edit publish
- Stay on top of trends, memes, and platform algorithms
Write engaging captions that don’t sound robotic
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize content accordingly
Maintain brand voice while experimenting with creative formats
- Manage posting schedules and ensure consistency
Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, and short-form content
Basic to advanced skills in video editing (Premiere Pro / CapCut / After Effects/Canva)
- Good eye for design, aesthetics, and storytelling
Ability to think fast and execute faster
Strong copywriting skills.
Understanding of analytics and performance tracking
- Experience in social media marketing or agency work
Knowledge of paid ads
