Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients using provided contact lists
- Introduce and promote our products and services effectively
- Answer queries and provide detailed information to prospects
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions within the CRM system
- Follow up with leads as necessary to maximise engagement opportunities
- Achieve daily call targets and contribute to team performance goals
- Handle customer objections professionally and courteously
- Provide feedback on customer responses and market trends to the management team
Qualifications
- Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service is desirable but not essential
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and confident telephone manner
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively
- Ability to handle rejection positively and maintain motivation
- Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with CRM software or similar tools
- A proactive attitude with a desire to learn and improve sales techniques
- Previous experience in a target-driven environment is advantageous but not mandatory
