- Prepare MEP design layouts, drawings, and technical specifications for projects.
- Design HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, and drainage systems as per project requirements.
- Perform load calculations, equipment selection, and system sizing.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, consultants, and project teams.
- Review shop drawings and ensure compliance with approved designs and standards.
- Ensure all MEP systems comply with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Conduct site visits and provide technical support during project execution.
- Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities), material specifications, and technical reports.
- Assist in project planning, estimation, and cost control.
- Resolve design-related issues and provide engineering solutions.
- Maintain project documentation and records.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
