- Plan and supervise all Pre-Dispatch Inspection (PDI) activities.
- Verify finished products against customer drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Ensure all inspection reports, test reports, and customer-specific documents are complete before shipment.
- Approve products for dispatch only after successful inspection.
- Identify, segregate, and report non-conforming products.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, Logistics, and Customer Quality teams to resolve quality issues.
- Ensure packaging, labeling, traceability, and quantity comply with customer requirements.
- Maintain PDI records and prepare quality reports.
- Monitor inspection equipment and ensure calibration status is valid.
- Train and guide PDI inspectors on inspection methods and customer requirements.
- Support customer audits and internal quality audits.
- Drive continuous improvement activities to reduce customer complaints and improve first-pass quality.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949 (if applicable) and customer-specific requirements.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as PDI rejection rate, customer complaints, dispatch accuracy, and on-time delivery
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per hour
