Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training strategy, plans, and budgets
- Identify training needs and design relevant programs
- Deliver technical and behavioural training sessions
- Create training content and learning materials
- Lead the training team and coordinate with internal stakeholders and external trainers
- Monitor training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
- Utilize LMS and digital tools for training management
Requirements:
- Graduate Engineer (any discipline); L&D/HR certifications preferred
- Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and training tools
- Experience in construction/engineering or project-based industries preferred
- Exposure to safety or technical workforce training is an advantage
- Experience or knowledge of high-performance coatings, painting, and blasting industry preferred
- Willingness to travel to project sites

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
