Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and target-driven Inside Sales Executive/Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving B2B sales of PHEEZEE, our flagship medical device product, by engaging with physiotherapists, orthopedic doctors, rehabilitation centers, and hospitals. The role involves managing the complete sales cycle—from lead generation and qualification to virtual product demonstrations, follow-ups, and successful deal closures.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, emails, campaigns, networking, and referrals.
- Identify and connect with physiotherapy clinics, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and healthcare institutions.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable product solutions.
- Coordinate with Product Specialists for product demonstrations and technical discussions.
- Conduct virtual sales presentations and follow up with prospects.
- Handle customer objections, negotiate effectively, and close sales.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status in CRM.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Travel for customer meetings when required.
Required Skills
- Strong B2B sales and lead conversion skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets in a target-driven environment.
- Experience handling consultative or high-value sales.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and customer-focused.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings when required.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- MBA with 2–5 years of experience in Inside Sales, Lead Conversion, or Business Development.
- Experience in medical device, healthcare, product-based, SaaS, or technology companies is preferred.
- Prior experience selling to hospitals, clinics, healthcare professionals, or enterprise/B2B clients will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
