* Conduct training needs assessments to students.
* Design and deliver engaging and informative training sessions on Mechanical CAD software
(AutoCAD, Solidworks, Catia, NX CAD, ANSYS).
* Utilize a variety of instructional methods, including lectures, demonstrations,
hands-on exercises, and case studies.
* Create clear and concise course materials, such as presentations, handouts, and
lab exercises.
* Evaluate student progress through assessments and provide constructive
feedback.
* Stay up-to-date on the latest software features and industry trends.
* Maintain a positive and supportive learning environment.
* Support business in conducting corporate training, college demos and training
