About the Role
Building Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Graphic Designer & Social Media Content Creator who can manage our visual content and social media presence.
The ideal candidate should be able to design attractive creatives, create social media content, shoot basic product/site content, edit reels/videos, and keep our social media pages active and updated.
Key ResponsibilitiesGraphic Designing
- Create creative and professional designs for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Design social media posts, banners, advertisements, brochures, catalogues and promotional materials.
- Create designs for company products, projects and marketing campaigns.
- Maintain consistency in company branding and visual identity.
- Modify and resize designs according to different social media platforms.
Social Media Management
- Manage and regularly update company social media accounts.
- Plan and publish posts, stories, reels and other content.
- Maintain a regular content calendar.
- Research trending topics, formats and ideas relevant to our industry.
- Monitor engagement and suggest ideas to improve social media presence.
Content Creation
- Develop creative ideas for social media posts and campaigns.
- Write basic captions and promotional content.
- Create product-focused and project-focused content.
- Visit factory/site locations when required to capture photos and videos.
- Convert project work, products and company activities into engaging social media content.
Video & Reel Creation
- Create and edit Instagram/Facebook Reels and short videos.
- Basic video shooting and editing skills are required.
- Add text, transitions, music, subtitles and other basic effects.
- Create short promotional videos for products and projects.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
- Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator
- Good knowledge of Canva
- Basic to good knowledge of Video Editing
- Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn
- Good understanding of social media trends
- Creative thinking and strong visual sense
- Basic photography and videography skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple creative tasks
Preferred Tools
Candidates with knowledge of any of the following will be preferred:
Photoshop | Illustrator | Canva | Premiere Pro | After Effects | CapCut | CorelDRAW
Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone who is not limited to only graphic designing.
The candidate should be comfortable with:
Design → Content → Photography → Video/Reels → Social Media → Publishing
A candidate with a strong portfolio or previous social media work will be preferred.
Qualification
Any Graduate / Diploma / Certification in:
- Graphic Design
- Digital Marketing
- Mass Communication
- Fine Arts
- Multimedia
- Advertising
- Any relevant field
Experience
1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
Freshers with excellent design skills and a strong portfolio may also apply.
