Job Description
We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Sales Representative with 1–2 years of experience in yarn sales to join our team.
The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of the yarn/textile market, strong customer relationship skills, and the ability to develop new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads.
- Promote and sell different types of yarn to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable yarn products.
- Regularly visit customers and follow up on enquiries and orders.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and other commercial conditions.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, yarn prices, customer demand, and competitor activities.
Candidate Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in yarn sales is preferred.
- Good knowledge of the yarn and textile industry.
- Existing contacts with spinning mills, knitting units, weaving units, garment manufacturers, or textile buyers will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Strong business development and sales-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and business development.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
