Job Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage all computer hardware, software, and IT-related equipment.
- Install, configure, and administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Windows Servers.
- Configure and maintain network switches, routers, firewalls, and other network infrastructure.
- Monitor and administer server hardware and ensure optimal system performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve server, network, and connectivity-related issues.
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot operating systems, including Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10, Windows 11, Ubuntu, and macOS.
- Perform PC maintenance, repairs, upgrades, troubleshooting, and hardware procurement.
- Configure, assemble, modify, and maintain new computer systems and customized PC builds.
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot modems, scanners, printers, computer systems, and network devices.
- Configure and support network protocols, including TCP/IP, and resolve network connectivity issues.
- Provide technical support and assistance to users in resolving day-to-day hardware, software, and operational issues.
- Perform hardware and software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Identify and replace defective or outdated hardware and software components as required.
- Provide ongoing IT support to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operation of computer systems and network infrastructure.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
