Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to patients and customers.
- Explain clinic services, offers, and treatment packages.
- Follow up with leads and appointments.
- Maintain daily call reports and customer database.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally.
- Coordinate with marketing and front office teams.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Requirements
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Fluency in Malayalam; English/Hindi is an advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Experience in telecalling/customer service preferred.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
