By delivering expert, personalized advice and building trust, the team aims to ensure a seamless customer experience while driving sales and supporting the company’s growth objectives.
About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Team Lead to manage and mentor a team of telesales advisors in the Insurance sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, mentoring teammates, ensuring sales goals are met, and fostering a high-energy, customer-centric environment. Success in this role requires strong people management skills and attention to driving

Key Responsibilities
Sales:
- Responsible for consistently meeting fresh sales and retention sales targets.
- Ensuring customers are adequately followed up to ensure great customer experience and
timely conversion into successful sales.
- Implement sales strategies and ensure adherence to company processes and compliance
standards.
Team Management:
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of advisors to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Run daily team stand-up, ensuring high team productivity and adherence to defined SOPs.
- Conduct root cause analysis for performance deviations of team members and help them
improve in respective areas.
- Provide regular feedback, coaching, and conduct performance reviews with the team.
People Centricity:
- Maintain integrity and transparency while dealing with customers and ensure that the team
follows the same.
- Identify and drive people & process improvement initiatives.
Must Haves
- Experience: At least 2 years of team leading experience, preferably in sales.
- Persuasive Ability: Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
- Communication Excellence: Clear, confident, and effective communicator.
- Detail-Oriented Approach: Precise and thorough in diving deep into problems.
