What will you do?
The Project Manager – IT Infrastructure is responsible for planning, driving, and delivering complex IT infrastructure programs including transitions, migrations, and carve‑out initiatives. This role requires strong ownership of end‑to‑end project delivery, coordination across multiple technical and business teams, vendor management, and adherence to timelines, quality, and governance standards. The Project Manager will ensure seamless handovers, minimal business disruption, and successful achievement of program objectives.
Responsibilities:

Lead end to end delivery of Infrastructure carve out program, including:
Data center / cloud transitions, Infrastructure migrations and Applications.

Define project scope, objectives, success criteria, timelines, and deliverables
-
Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, dependencies, and milestones
-
Track progress against plans and proactively manage risks and issues.

Work with vendors and service providers during implementation activities
-
Validate connectivity, performance, and redundancy post-installation.

Manage vendor relationships for network hardware/software.

Coordinate with multiple teams including:
Infrastructure (Network, Hosting, Cloud, M365, EUS, Security)

Vendors and service providers
-
Facilitate cross functional collaboration to resolve dependencies and conflicts
-
Manage stakeholder expectations through clear communication and governance forums.

Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks proactively
-
Maintain RAID logs and escalation mechanisms
-
Manage scope changes through formal change control processes
-
Ensure alignment with ITSM, security, and compliance requirements.

Provide regular project status updates, dashboards, and executive presentations
-
Track KPIs related to schedule, cost, quality, and risk
-
Support governance reviews, steering committees, and audits
-
Ensure accurate project documentation and closure reporting
Experience, Education and other Required:
-
12-15 years' experience
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, IT, or related field
-
PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent Project Management certification preferred
-
ITIL certification is a plus Proven experience managing infrastructure transition, migration, and carveout programs
-
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure domains (cloud, data center, network, hosting)

Experience in coordinating global or multi‑vendor delivery teams
-
Strong planning, execution, and problem‑solving skills.

Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar)
-
Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills for executive reporting and dashboards
-
Familiarity with ITIL, PMO governance, and change management processes.

Ability to manage complex programs under tight timelines
-
High ownership, accountability, and attention to detail
