Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented QC Executive to ensure the quality of automation panels, electrical assemblies, and industrial automation products. The candidate will be responsible for conducting inspections, maintaining quality documentation, identifying defects, and ensuring compliance with company quality standards and customer specifications.
Experience:
1–2 Years (Experience in Automation, Electrical Panel Manufacturing, Industrial Automation, or Control Panel Industry preferred)
Key Responsibilities
- Perform incoming, in-process, and final quality inspections of automation panels and electrical assemblies.
- Inspect control panels, PLC panels, MCC panels, VFD panels, and electrical wiring as per drawings and quality standards.
- Verify electrical wiring, cable dressing, ferruling, labeling, and component mounting.
- Conduct testing of panels before dispatch.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, BOMs, and customer specifications.
- Prepare inspection reports, quality checklists, and test records.
- Identify non-conformities and coordinate with production for corrective actions.
- Perform root cause analysis for quality issues and recommend preventive actions.
- Maintain calibration records of measuring and testing instruments.
- Support internal quality audits and customer inspections.
- Ensure adherence to ISO 9001 quality management standards.
- Maintain quality documentation and records.
- Coordinate with Production, Design, Purchase, and Stores departments to resolve quality-related issues.
Required SkillsTechnical Skills
- Knowledge of electrical control panels and industrial automation.
- Understanding of electrical drawings, GA drawings, SLDs, and wiring diagrams.
- Familiarity with PLC, HMI, VFD, MCC, PCC, and control panels.
- Knowledge of electrical testing instruments such as:
- Multimeter
- Clamp Meter
- Insulation Resistance (IR) Tester
- Continuity Tester
- Knowledge of quality inspection processes.
- Basic understanding of ISO 9001 documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and report preparation.

Educational Qualification
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Automation Engineering.

- 1–2 years of experience in an Automation, Electrical Panel Manufacturing, or Industrial Automation company.
- Experience in panel inspection and testing.
- Familiarity with customer quality requirements and documentation.
Salary
₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience and interview performance.)
