Sales Head – International Sales (UK Market)
We are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Head – International Sales to lead our sales operations across the UK market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international B2B/B2C/D2C sales, team leadership, revenue generation, and sales strategy. This role requires a hands-on leader who can build, mentor, and scale high-performing sales teams while consistently achieving ambitious revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the UK markets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage international sales teams to consistently exceed sales targets.
- Build scalable sales processes and monitor key performance metrics.
- Drive new customer acquisition while maximizing existing client relationships.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Product teams to improve sales effectiveness.
- Prepare sales forecasts, revenue reports, and performance dashboards for leadership.
- Recruit, train, and develop high-performing sales professionals.
- Ensure adherence to sales processes, quality standards, and customer experience goals.
- Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates, productivity, and overall sales performance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 8–15 years of experience in Sales, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
- Mandatory experience managing International Sales teams catering to the US and/or UK markets.
- Strong understanding of international sales processes, customer buying behavior, and market dynamics.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
- Experience handling large sales teams and driving performance through coaching and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales reporting tools.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in International BPO, IT Services, SaaS, Technology, EdTech, FinTech, Digital Services, or Consumer Services.
- Experience managing high-volume inside sales or consultative sales teams.
- Exposure to outbound sales, inbound sales, account growth, and customer retention strategies.
