Key Responsibilities
Office Administration & Management
- Manage and supervise the day-to-day administrative operations of the office.
- Ensure smooth functioning of all office facilities, infrastructure, and support services.
- Maintain office records, files, documents, and company databases.
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement activities.
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, housekeeping, security, and other facility-related services.
- Ensure a professional, organized, and productive work environment.
Attendance & Leave Management
- Maintain daily employee attendance records and attendance reports.
- Track employee leave, permissions, late arrivals, and absenteeism.
- Coordinate with department heads regarding attendance-related discrepancies.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of attendance data for payroll processing.
Payroll Preparation & HR Administration
- Prepare monthly payroll inputs including attendance, leave records, overtime, incentives, and deductions.
- Coordinate with the Accounts department for timely salary processing.
- Maintain employee records and HR-related documentation.
- Assist in onboarding, employee documentation, and administrative HR activities.
- Generate monthly payroll and attendance reports for management review.
Documentation & Record Management
- Prepare and maintain administrative documents, reports, letters, agreements, and official correspondence.
- Ensure proper filing, storage, and retrieval of company records.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
Vendor & Facility Management
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, contractors, and service providers.
- Obtain quotations, negotiate pricing, and process purchase requests.
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure timely service delivery.
- Maintain records of purchases, invoices, and vendor agreements.
Coordination & Communication
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and management discussions.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
- Assist management in organizing company events, meetings, training programs, and other official activities.
Compliance & Administrative Support
- Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.
- Support management in implementing operational improvements and process controls.
- Handle confidential administrative matters with professionalism and integrity.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, HR, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Administration, Office Management, Payroll Administration, or Operations.
- Experience in attendance management and payroll preparation is mandatory.
- Experience in the Interior Design, Construction, Architecture, or Home Furnishing industry will be an added advantage.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of office administration and office management practices.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
