1. Supervise all interior fit-out and civil work activities at site.
1. Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
2. Monitor daily progress and maintain site records.
3. Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters and other contractors.
4. Resolve site-related issues promptly.
5. Inspect workmanship and materials before installation.
6. Ensure finishing quality meets company standards.
7. Report defects and coordinate rectification work.
8. Coordinate with designers, project managers, vendors and clients.
9. Attend site meetings and provide progress updates.
10. Ensure availability of materials as per project schedule.
11. Follow up with suppliers regarding deliveries.
12. Prepare and monitor daily and weekly work schedules.
13. Track project milestones and report delays.
14. Ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
15. Verify material received at site.
16. Maintain material stock records.
17. Prevent wastage and misuse of materials.
18. Maintain daily progress reports (DPR).
19. Record labour attendance.
20. Maintain measurement sheets and work completion reports.
21. Take site photographs and submit progress updates.
22. Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
