We are seeking a highly energetic, performance-driven, and result-oriented Academic Marketing Executive to promote the company's training programs, generate leads, build institutional partnerships, and support business growth. The candidate will be responsible for institutional visits, promotional campaigns, and strengthening the company's brand presence across assigned regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote the company's training programs, certifications, and services through marketing and promotional activities.
- Conduct regular visits to colleges, schools, educational institutions, corporate organizations, and franchise centers to generate leads and build business relationships.
- Achieve monthly lead generation, admission, and marketing goals assigned by the management.
- Represent the company at seminars, workshops, career guidance programs, exhibitions, educational fairs, and promotional events.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, placement cells, corporate clients, and franchise partners.
- Coordinate with the admissions and business development teams to ensure effective lead conversion and admission closures.
- Identify new business opportunities and support institutional tie-ups and collaboration activities.
- Execute marketing campaigns, roadshows, awareness programs, and promotional activities to increase brand visibility.
- Collect market intelligence and provide feedback regarding competitor activities, customer requirements, and market trends.
- Assist in digital marketing and social media promotional activities whenever required.
- Ensure company branding guidelines are maintained across all promotional activities and franchise locations.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports and submit updates to management.
- Support the organization in achieving branch-wise business growth and revenue objectives.
Institutional Relations & Business Development Responsibilities
- Conduct regular visits to colleges, schools, corporate offices, and franchise centers.
- Organize and participate in campus promotions, educational events, and student engagement programs.
- Meet prospective learners, parents, institutional representatives, and corporate contacts to promote the company's courses and services.
- Travel across assigned locations and branches as required for business development and institutional relationship-building activities.

Qualification & Experience

- Experience in EdTech, Training, Education, or Skill Development sectors will be an added advantage.

Additional Requirements
- Must be willing to travel for institutional visits, promotional events, and business development activities.
- A valid driving license and own vehicle will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve business objectives effectively.
- Candidates based in or willing to work from Thiruvananthapuram and Malappuram are preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
