We are recruitng Collection Executive
KLM Assets Fin is seeking a skilled Collection Executive for our Angamaly branch in Ernakulam district. Applicants should have at least one year of experience in NBFC or chit fund operations.
In this role, you will oversee client accounts, ensure regular installment payments, minimize outstanding dues, and build positive relationships through clear communication and consistent follow-ups.
Location Preference:
Applicants residing in Kalady, Angamaly, or nearby areas will be prioritized.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and collect scheduled installment payments as well as pending amounts
- Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure timely settlements
- Conduct field visits for payment recovery when necessary
- Address payment-related concerns and provide appropriate resolutions
- Work closely with branch team members on overdue accounts and defaulters
Eligibility Criteria:
- Educational Qualification: Plus Two or Degree (preferred)
- Experience: 1–2 years in NBFC or chit sector
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities
- Ready to travel locally for recovery activities
